Sampling processing

1. Material Procurement:

• Order all necessary materials based on the customer’s design, including main fabric, trims, lining, hardware, and other essential components.

2. Pattern Development:

• Create accurate paper patterns following the provided design artwork.

3. Material Cutting:

• Once the materials arrive, cut each piece according to the paper patterns.

4. Assembly:

• Prepare the workspace, apply glue where needed, stitch the components together, and clean the completed sample.

5. Sample Inspection:

• Inspect the sample in detail to ensure it meets the design requirements.
• Take clear photos and share them with the customer for confirmation.

6. Sample Dispatch:

• Upon approval, pack and ship the sample to the customer.

7. Cost Calculation & Quotation:

• Calculate the production costs and provide a detailed quotation for the customer’s review.
